As excited as we are to return to live theater and see you again, our first priority is the health and safety of our community, our artists and staff and our audience. So we’ll be taking new precautions and making some changes to keep us all safe.

We’re moving outside! – To help maintain fresh clean air for all, we’ll be performing “al fresco” as they say, on a stage we’ll construct in the BVT parking lot. The theater lobby will be open for restroom use only.

Masks will be mandatory for all patrons at all times even while seated.

All tickets must be purchased in advance, and may only be purchased by phone (call 585 374 6318), or online at There will be no in person or walk up sales.

A phone number for contact tracing will be required for all attendees.

Seats will be spaced 6 feet apart.

We’re limiting the number of patrons for each performance to 50. (If guidance from the state in the coming months allows us to increase that number, there may be more seats available.)

We’ll ask you not to attend if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID 19, have tested positive, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive. (Any ticket holder who can’t attend due to illness or exposure will be provided with a virtual link to enjoy the show safely from home .)

The theater lobby will be open for restroom use only. Please observe the signs calling for social distancing if you need to enter the building. And of course, wear a face covering!

We will not be selling concessions this season.

We’re working to keep our artists and employees safe too, which is why you’ll see masked technicians and box office staff, smaller casts, and fewer musicals (singing spreads droplets!). We’ve also moved to a rotating repertory season (two shows alternating performance days throughout the season) because that allows a safer, more distanced rehearsal and performance schedule for our creative artists.

There’s a lot that’s new and we’re sure you’ll have questions. Please feel free to call 585 374 6318.
