Bristol Valley Theater, a professional summer theater for over 50 years, is accepting resumes to fill a last minute vacancy for an Electrician for our 2022 summer season. We are located in upstate New York, an hour south of Rochester, in the scenic Finger Lakes Region.

The 2022 summer season includes Heartbeat of America: The Classics of Country, Cowboy Vs Samurai, Once, The Book Club Play, It+rsquo;s a Small World (World Premiere), and Amy and the Orphans.

The contract will run from June 4 –  August 27. Start and end dates may be flexible.

Salary for this position is $400 per week. Housing is provided at no cost to the employee.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

� Working with Master Electrician and lighting designers on the preparation, execution and maintenance of lights for all productions.
� Active participation in all strikes, including ladder work.
� Active participation in hang and focus, including ladder work.
� Board op (Element ETC) and follow spot op assignments.
� Programming of ETC board, as needed.
� Assisting with maintaining a clean booth and lighting storage areas.
