Raul Abrego (Scenic Design, Evita) is a New York based set designer and is glad to be returning to BVT for a third season. Recent credits include production design for the film CRUZANDO, and Art Direction for the Television Pilot of “CS Chai,” starring Lonny Ross.
Amelia Aiello (Box Office) You can’t find a better summer job than the Bristol Valley Theater Box Office! Lia is looking forward to greeting returning patrons and veteran employees and meeting all the new ones to make her third summer in the BVT Box Office the best yet. A 2008 graduate of Wayland-Cohocton High School, she sees Art School in her future. At present she is finishing her cosmetology certification and works piercing ears and almost anything else at Chyna’s Eternal Ink studio in Ontario, NY. A shout out to Andy and her Mom!
Barb Allen(Managing Director) With two full theatrical seasons under her belt, the challenge continues to develop and build programs benefiting Bristol Valley Theater. Along with executing her daily administrative duties, Barb continues to work with the board of directors to promote corporate sponsorships, fundraising events and individual donations. This season Barb is also working with Naples Hotel and the Brown Hound Bistro to promote relations between the actors and patrons. The Adopt an Actor Program launched last season is available again this year, and a new sponsorship program called “Staged By” is being launched. “Staged By” allows area businesses to donate products, such as lumber and paint, to help build sets for one or more productions and receive a benefits packaged tailored to their donation. Stephen Arnold(Lighting Design, Evita)'s lighting style reflects a provocative movement in sculptural lighting, spanning a variety of forms. His work strives to reflect and enhance the underlying sentiments of, and to build a cohesive visual environment for each of the unique productions on which he has collaborated. This is Stephen’s fourth season working at BVT. His previous shows here have included, Sweeney Todd, The Drawer Boy, Sleuth, Mercy of a Storm, Sisters of Swing & Wait Until Dark. Stephen has worked on collaborations with a diversity of artists and companies including Marc Bamuthi Joseph, Robert Ashely, Maya Beiser, Rennie Harris, Ralph Lemon, Ibrahim Quarishi, Norscq, Mike Ladd, Vijay Iyer, Pamela Z, Atalee Judy, New York Theatre Workshop, Playwrights Horizons, Mabou Mines and Theatreworks USA. His work has been presented in festivals including Springdance, Kontracom, Bienalle, Next Wave, Dance Chicago, and Festival Internacional Música y Escena, HiFA, and in cities including Salzburg, Venice, Stockholm, Athens, Chicago, Minneapolis, Seattle, Mexico City, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Singapore, Harare, Istanbul, Los Angeles, Washington DC, London and New York. Susan Atwood (Miss Bennett,The Unexpected Guest)As a graduate of Alfred University, Susan is happy to be back in the area, performing at BVT. Currently in New York City, she has trained at The Ensemble Studio Theatre, The Atlantic Theatre Co., The Barrow Group, Upright Citizen’s Brigade, Caymichael Patten Studios and others. She’s enjoyed working in small independent films, theatre and commercials. Favorite roles include AE (angry employee) in Galaxy Video, Elvira in Blithe Spirit, Margaret in Overtones, Erika in the short film “No Reason” and Ann in the web serial, “The Share.”
Shelley Barish (Scenic Design, Private Lives)is happy to be collaborating with BTV this season.Shelley has been designing and painting for theatres such as Geva Theatre Center, BoarsHead Theatre, Eastman School of music, CenterStage, The Ohio Light Opera, Berkshire Theatre Festival and Summer Circle. She received her MFA From Michigan State University. Scenic designs include Assassins, School House Rock Live!, Born Yesterday, A Woman Called Truth, You Can’t Take It With You, HMS Pinaforeand most recently Blood Wedding. Shelley travels from the Hudson Valley area where she is the Scenic Design Professor at SUNY New Paltz University.
Ryan Bates (Jan, The Unexpected Guest; Agustin Migaldi, Evita) is thrilled to be back at BVT for his second season. Previous BVT credits include the Bellhop in Lend Me A Tenor and Miles in The Drawer Boy. Ryan recently completed the national tour of Gilligan's Island, the musical (Gilligan). NY Credits include: Reefer Madness, Radiant Baby, and The Goddess Wheel. He is a proud graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts (CAP21 Conservatory). Elise Bender (Intern, Costume and Wardrobe) is very excited to be working at Bristol Valley Theater this summer for the first time. She is going into her sophomore year at SUNY Purchase, and is currently studying costume construction and design there. Elise is really excited to be able to work, and spend her summer doing what she loves with such talented people.
Karin Ritter Bowersock (Artistic Director; Director, Evita and Private Lives) has served as Artistic Director of Bristol Valley Theater since 2004, and at BVT has directed Seven Keys To Baldpate,Sweeney Todd, Man of La Mancha, The Drawer Boy and Robber Bridegroom, among others. Prior to moving to the Finger Lakes, Karin lived in New York City for 20 years working as actor and director. In New York, Karin co-founded No-Pants Theatre Company with Dominic Orlando where she produced and directed new works for 13 years, including an international theater exchange with the Pasinger Fabrik Theater in Munich. Her work as director, actor and playwright has been seen at a variety of theaters in New York City, and regionally at the Geva Theatre NextStage, Guthrie Theater, Bloomsburg Theater Ensemble, the Lied Center at the University of Kansas, and on PBS and NPR. She thanks her handsome husband, Jim Ritter, for embracing, enduring and enhancing her BVT lifestyle!
Jennifer Lauren Brown (Jennifer, A Grand Night For Singing) is excited to be making her Bristol Valley Theater debut! She has recently performed at the NYC Fringe Festival, the Tank, and in several ASCAP and BMI workshops. Favorite past credits include: Carousel (Carrie), Company (Jenny), Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hippolyta), and the workshop reading of Fantasy Football: The Musical? (Becky). Jennifer is a recent graduate of Harvard University. Love to her family and friends for their continuous support.
Brent Burkhardt (Ensemble, Evita)is a musical theater major at Nazareth College. He’s been performing at STAGES, RAPA, GEVA and the JCC, and is honored to be at Bristol Valley Theater. His favorite roles include: Jekyll and Hyde (Jekyll and Hyde), West Side Story (Tony), Falsettos (Mendel), and Beauty and the Beast (Gaston). He would like to thank his family for supporting him. Adam Corcoran (Adam, A Grand Night For Singing, Sergeant Cadwallader, The Unexpected Guest; Choreographer/Ensemble, Evita)is thrilled to be returning for his Junior year at BVT where he performed in Bell Book and Candle(Nicky), Robber Bridegroom(Big Harp), and La Mancha(Barber). Adam, originally from Massachusetts, graduated from The Hartt School with a B.F.A in Music Theatre and has since moved to NYC. Adam performs at many regional theatres throughout the country. Joe DiMartino (Intern, Carpentry and Electrics) is finishing his freshman year studying Technical Direction at SUNY Purchase. This will be Joe's first year at the Bristol Valley Theater. He is grateful for the opportunity to do what he loves for the summer, and will take pride in the work he does with the company.
Jim Ditmars(Inspector Thomas, The Unexpected Guest) has been with Bristol Valley Theater since 1995. He has also acted with Geneva Summer Theater, the Seneca Falls Community Players (portraying Reginald Bunthorne in Gilbert and Sullivan's Patience), and at the University of Southern Mississippi (as James Joyce in Tom Stoppard's Travesties). Jim portrayed Major Metcalf in last summer's production of The Mousetrap. Other favorite roles at Bristol Valley Theater include Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors, Major Powell in Corpse!, Van Helsing in The Passion of Dracula, and Tomton in Nevermore. Jim's most challenging role was that of Angus in The Drawer Boy. Jim would like to thank Karin and all of the BVT staff for their ongoing support. Lindsay Eberly(Intern, Stage Management) just finished her freshman year as a BFA Stage/Production Management major at Emerson College. Previous credits include Harold's Fall or King Will (2nd ASM), I Hate Hamlet (SM), Children of Eden (SM) and The Crucible (SM). She is excited to be spending her first summer with Bristol Valley Theater!
Pam Feicht (Mrs. Kravitz, Red Herring; Mrs. Warwick, The Unexpected Guest) has been lucky enough to tour the country as Mrs. Paroo in The Music Manand Parthy in Showboat, however, her favorite roles of all time were given to her right here at Bristol Valley Theater. Last summer Pam was in heaven while chewing the scenery in Musical of Musicals, The Musical, and a few years ago, her inner beautician came alive as Truvy in Steel Magnolias. Pam thanks her lucky stars to be back again among these beautiful hills and generous people this summer.
Michael Frishman (Julian Farrar, The Unexpected Guest; Ensemble, Evita) is happily returning to BVT for his second season after playing Giles Ralston in last summer's production of The Mousetrap. More recently and locally, Michael played Ollie and many other characters in Geva Theater's production of Frost/Nixon and just finished a production of Crossing Delancey at The Theater Barn as Sam, the pickle man. Other favorite roles include, Benjamin in The Graduate, Peter Quince in Midsummer, and Friar Lawrence in Romeo and Juliet. As always, love and thanks to the family.
Rachel Goren(Apprentice Program Director) is back by popular demand to lead the Apprentice Program for a second summer. Last summer, she directed Owen and the Elf Princess for the Apprentices. Rachelis a New York City public school educator and lifelong theater enthusiast. A performer since the age of 9, she now gets her greatest professional joys from teaching her fourth grade class and collaborating with her elementary and middle school drama students on their very own original performance pieces. Rachel is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Theatre from NYU. She is extremely excited and honored to be working with so many talented artists again this summer!
Kathleen Goyette(Office Manager, Camp Dramapalooza Instructor) wears many hats at Bristol Valley Theater: Acting for Kids Instructor, Groups Coordinator andOffice Manager, she fills in at the Box Office, assists with the Art Auction and Golf Tournament, and directs the merriment at Summer Camp Dramapalooza! On stage in Ghosts Among the Grapevines and on the telephone in the Administrative Office, Kathleen’s proud to begin her 7th year on support staff, still amazed and amused by the magic created here. A passion for theater was planted by her Mother, and she has insured the legacy as her children Thorin, Amelia, and Quinn, all past or present BVT Apprentices, blossom into artists themselves. A Pittsford native, she and husband Jon live happily ever after in the Springwater highlands.
Mindy Griffin (Props Master) comes to Bristol Valley Theater from Cincinnati, OH, where she worked as the resident stage manager and props master for Know Theatre of Cincinnati. Mindy is a graduate of the Sarofim School of Fine Arts at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Recent props credits include Reefer Madness: the Musical, Bare: The Musical, Topdog/Underdog, Red Light Winter and The Pillowman. She is very excited about her first summer with BVT.
Tabitha Gutshall (Intern, Props and Scenic Painting) is excited to begin her first summer with Bristol Valley. She just finished a year-long scenic painting apprenticeship with Hartford Stage Company, somehow surviving winter in Connecticut. Gregory Kaye (Scenic Design, Red Herring) is excited to join Bristol Valley Theater for his first season! Gregory recently joined the Department of Theatre and Dance at SUNY Fredonia in 2008 as Assistant Professor of Scenic Design. He holds an MFA in Scenic Design from Florida State University. His most recent scenic designs include designs for Romeo and Juliet and Marat/Sade at SUNY Fredonia, and A Funny Thing..Forum, and Respect: A Musical Journey of Womenin Green Bay, Wisconsin. Additionally, Gregory has also written, and directed for theatre, as well as worked as a lighting designer in both Florida and Wisconsin.
Kristine Koury (Costume Design, The Unexpected Guest) is pleased to return for a second season at BVT after designing costumes for The Mousetrap. Recent credits include Factory Girls and Beautiful Bodies (Stella Adler Studio) and Twelfth Night (Pulse Ensemble Theatre). Off Broadway: Blackout (The Cell Theatre) and In the Air (Stageplays Theatre Company). She has designed several original plays for The New Group including: Rich Boyfriend, Expats, Strangers Knocking and A Spalding Gray Matter. Tommy Labanaris (Frank Keller, Red Herring; Henry Angell, The Unexpected Guest; Che, Evita) is back for his fifth summer and couldn’t be happier. Tommy just finished playing Bobby Strong in a production of Urinetown the Musical in Portsmouth, NH. Katelyn Machnica(The Mistress/Ensemble, Evita; Louise, Private Lives) is thrilled to be returning to BVT after her first appearance as Airie in last summer's production of The Robber Bridegroom. She is a proud recent graduate of Nazareth College of Rochester, with roles including Little Red in Into the Woods, Sister Mary Amnesia in Nunsense, Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret, and the title role in Hamlet, among others. Patrick McGovern (Carpenter) is a rising junior Technical Theatre major from Andover, MA. Previous credits include ALD for Steel Pier, ME for Way of the World, and ASM for Boy Gets Girl, all with Syracuse University Drama Department. He’s just finished a year of working as the Technical Director for the Black Box Players and is glad to not be the boss anymore. Rich Miller (Sound Design)is thrilled and honored to be returning toe the BVT family for his ninth season. During the school year, Rich is a science teacher at Wayland-Cohocton schools. Rich has worked on numerous shows for various organizations, including the Wayland-Cohocton Drama Club, Genesee Ensemble Theater, and of course BVT. Some of Rich’s favorite productions include Man of LaMancha, Little Shop of Horrors, Sweeney Todd, The Outsiders, The Robber Bridegroom, Damn Yankees, Children of Eden, Ain’t Misbehavin, M.A.S.H., Five Guys Named Moe, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Evita, Jungalbook and Forever Plaid. Samantha J. Miller (Costume Design, Private Lives) is happy to be back for her 6th production at BVT! She had spent the last two years giving teaching a try, most recently at The University of Idaho. While there she designed Costumes for the operetta Die Fledermaus. Recent credits include: Chaps and Unnecessary Farce at Idaho Repertory Theatre, Nine and Witat Cameron University, and Man of LaManchaand Lend Me a Tenorat BVT.
Michael M. Nardulli(Lighting Design, Private Lives) is a recent graduate of Syracuse University's Drama Department. This is his first production with Bristol Valley Theater and he is ecstatic for the opportunity. With Syracuse Drama he was the lighting designer for And the World Goes 'Round and Cat on a Hot Tin Roofand set designer for The Rimers of Eldritch. He was the lighting designer for Our Town with SU's Black Box Players and Jane, The Quene(World Premiere) at 936 E. Genesee. He also interned as the assistant lighting designer with Syracuse Stage last season, working on most of their productions.
Hanna Oravec (Stage Manager,Red Herring, Evita) is ecstatic about her first summer with BVT! Hailing from Scranton, PA, she is an ascending senior at Penn State University, where she is pursuing a BFA in Stage Management. While at Penn State, she has been involved with numerous productions, including Pentecost, Little Dog Laughed, and The Wiz, and will stage manage She Loves Me this coming fall. Hanna is also actively involved in USITT@PSU, having helped to establish and maintain their High School Outreach Education program, and will serve as Vice President for the 2009-2010 academic year. Dominic Orlando(Director Red Herring; Playwright, Sparky Spectre & The Case of the Snowy Summer) is happy to be returning to BVT for his 6th straight season. In addition to BVT’s commission for Sparky Spectre, this year Dominic was commissioned to write a new musical for Berkeley Repertory Theatre (CA), a short opera for Nautilus Music-Theatre (MN), a one-man show for The Red Eye Collaboration (MN) and a devised piece with Dominque Serrand and the remnants of Theatre de La Jeune Lune for Actors Theatre of Louisville (KY). He is a former Jerome and McKnight Playwriting Fellow and co-founder of The Workhaus Playwrights Collective, company-in-residence at The Playwrights Center in Minneapolis where Dominic is also a Core Writer. In 2008, his work was seen at New York Theatre Workshop, The Bay Area Playwrights Festival, Kitchen Dog (Dallas), The Side Project (Chicago) and The Tokyo International Festival of the Arts. As a director, Dominic’s work has been seen in Prague, NYC, and Minneapolis—he will be directing his new play, The Sense of What Should Be for Workhaus in the Fall. He studied Viewpoints with Anne Bogart at Playwrights Horizons Theatre School in New York City, but dropped out of NYU’s Dramatic Writing Program in the passionate pursuit of an empty and purpose-less life. He was fortunate enough to run afoul of BVT Artistic Director Karin Bowersock, who was for some reason loitering around the public library system for most of the late 80’s. Together they created and produced dozens of original works at venues ranging from HERE Arts Center to The Samuel Beckett on Theatre Row (off-broadway), The Ontological at St Mark’s Church, and The Pasinger/Fabrik in Munich, Germany. They drove fast cars, they knocked over liquor stores, they made art.
Justin A. Partier (Lighting Design, A Grand Night for Singing)'s recent design credits include Smokey Joes Café, A Wonderful Life, Always…Patsy Cline, Over the River and Through the Woods,and Oliver! at the John W. Engeman Theater (Northport, NY), In Darfur (New York Shakespeare Festival), Jayson with a Y (The New Group), Rough Crossing(Bristol Valley Theater), Sleep Over (Cry Havoc Productions), Three by Tennessee (Ensemble Studio Theater) , Ragtime, Thoroughly Modern Millie, La Cage aux Folles (2006 & 2008), and My Fair Lady (Cohoes Music Hall). He has also served as an associate and assistant designer with numerous companies in and out of New York City, including recent Broadway Productions, A Man for All Seasonsand 33 Variations. He received his MFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Member United Scenic Artists, Local 829.
Caitlin Peaty (Box Office Manager) is entering her sixth summer working in the box office here at BVT, and she's very glad to have it as a constant in her life. During the off season, she's recently started to work as a substitute teacher for elementary and middle school students, and has discovered a love for the little kidlets. She's looking forward to a great season, and can't wait to see all the returning and new faces of the fantastic patrons!
Mary Peaty (House Manager) is coming back this year for her ninth season – possibly her tenth, as she’s lost count – as the House Manager. A mother of two who--she hopes--will soon be experiencing ‘empty nest syndrome’ (she thought she was going to get that chance last year but no such luck). She’s always delighted to serve snacks and beverages to those who don’t whine and complain, no matter how much she’ll miss it come fall. During the off season, she works as a Teaching Assistant in the kindergarten at Wayland-Cohocton, and so enjoys this position during the summer to finally get some ‘adult time’, and is looking forward to another great season.
Raven Peters (Raven, A Grand Night For Singing; Andrei Borchevsky, Red Herring) is ebullient to make his Bristol Valley debut this season. He has recently appeared at Arkansas Rep in Sherlock Holmes; Festival 56 as Stone in City of Angels and Annas in Jesus ChristSuperstar; and Roxy Regional Theatre as Rev. Parris in The Crucible to name a few. When not acting Raven likes to swordfight as well as fight direct and teach stage combat. Favorite roles include Caliban in The Tempest, Macduff in Macbeth and Bud in Princess of Rome OH. Back in NYC he is a member of Promethean Theatre Company and loves combining great friends and great art.
Katrina Pierson (Costume Design, Red Herring and Evita) is excited to be spending her first summer on the East Coast working for Bristol Valley Theater. A native of Oregon, Kate will receive her MFA in Theatre Costume Design from the University of Idaho at the end of the summer. Kate knew she was destined for a career in costume design when she started dressing her little brother up in drag at the age of 8. Since then she has designed costumes for dance teams, themed fashion shows, multiple theatre productions and a few independent films. Her most recent design credits include Doubt, Rabbit Hole and One Flea Spare. She also assisted the wonderful Sammi Jo Miller for the spring production of Die Fledermaus at the UI. Although designing costumes for the theatre is one of her favorite accomplishments her best design work can be found in her three amazing kids, Skyler, Callen and McKayla.
Mark Poppleton (Elyot Chase, Private Lives) is so excited to return to BVT for his fourth year. This past year, Mark finally made it onto the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) when he played Arthur Prophet in a feature film, tentatively called "Self-Portrait", which will premier in November, 2009. Mark has been in many productions from Off-Broadway-Summerstock-Workshops-Concerts and now film. He is extremely lucky to be able to work with the mega-talented Karin Bowersock and the incredibly professional casts and crew at BVT. Also, once again (for the fifth time) to go toe-to-toe with the wonderfully vivacious Suzi Takahashi. He is looking forward to seeing old friends, making new ones, enjoying Grimes Glen, the wines and Naples itself. Thanks to David and my family and friends for their constant support over all these many, many years.
Kate Reynolds (Sybil Chase, Private Lives) is thrilled to be making her Bristol Valley debut in such a wonderful show. Adam Riggar (Scenic Design, The Unexpected Guest) is thrilled to be returning to BVT- where he previously designed the settings for Sweeney Todd, Man of La Mancha, and Nevermore. Natalie Robin (Lighting Design, Red Herring)is a New York-based lighting designer. She is an Associate Artist of Target Margin Theater and a founding member and Associate Company Member of Polybe + Seats, and an adjunct faculty member in NYU's Department of Undergraduate Drama. Recent designs include The Threepenny Opera (dir. Henning Hegland), Twelfth Night (dir. Beth Schachter) and This is Way Beyond My Remote Control (dir. Mahayana Landowne). C. Colby Sachs (Music Director,Evita) most recently was music director of All Shook Up for the White Plains PAC Education program. He is delighted to once again be on the boards with BVT, where he music directed and re-orchestrated The Robber Bridegroom, Man Of La Mancha and Sweeney Todd in previous seasons. Other productions as music director/arranger include: Disney's Beauty and the Beast and High School Musical (1), the revue The Sweetest Sound: American Broadway Musicals from the 1960's to the 1990's which he co-created for Old Westbury Garden Picnic Pops 2008 season and The New Beggar's Opera for Peculiar Works Project, which utilizes John Gay's original script with a brand new world beat/klezmer fusion score for a cast of five. As a composer he has written the scores to over fifteen musicals and is currently developing The Mill Project with Maggie Devine. He is proud to be an Alumnus of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Advanced Workshop, and a member of The Dramatists Guild.
David Shane (Director/Choreographer, A Grand Night For Singing; James Appel, Red Herring; Michael Starkwedder, The Unexpected Guest; Ensemble, Evita) returns for his fourth summer at BVT. He is thrilled to be directing/choreographing this season after having assisted with last year's The Mousetrap. He has appeared onstage in numerous BVT productions including: Musical of Musicals, Lend Me a Tenor and Sweeney Todd. In the "offseason", David lives in NYC. Other credits include: The Best Songs You've Never Heard (director/soloist), Fascinating Rhythm (playing Mickey Rooney), Plaid Tidings (Jinx) and A Little Night Music (Henrick). Rachel A. Slotnick (Scenic Designer, A Grand Night for Singing) is a recent graduate of Syracuse University. Previous design credits include The Way of the World (SU Drama) and Uncommon Women and Others (SU Black Box Players). Rachel has assisted numerous designers on Syracuse Stage, where she also previously worked in the paint, props, and set construction departments. Rachel has also worked at Cortland Repertory Theatre (Cortland, NY), New Harmony Theatre (Evansville, IN), and Teatro Comunale (Florence, Italy). Rachel is excited to be making her professional design debut at Bristol Valley Theatre this summer!
Kathryn Snyder (Carpenter)a native resident of Geneva, NY, Kathryn received her Theater Arts degree from Finger Lakes Community College in 2008. While there she helped to build and paintevery set and worked as a technician and/or a performer in every Mainstage and Children's Theater Tour production and was Theater Club secretary both years. She transferred to SUNY Cortland
and will be a senior Business Economics major in the fall. She remains active in theater, working as a spotlight operator on both Cortland musicals, one a world premiere. Last summer she was the Props/Scenic Painting intern here at BVT and she is thrilled to be working in beautiful Naples once again. She considers herself a hardworking and passionate individual who dreams of running her own theater.
Suzi Takahashi (Director, The Unexpected Guest; Ensemble, Evita; Amanda Prynne, Private Lives) is very happy to be returning for her fourth season at BVT, where last summer she directed The Mousetrap. Favorite past roles on the BVT stage include Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd and Aldonza in Man of La Mancha. Suzi is the founder and co-artistic producer of the theater company Ex.Pgirl, with whom she is creating a new show called Paris Syndrome that will debut this May at HERE Art Space. Suzi is a resident artist at HERE and a directing fellow at the New York Theater Workshop. She teaches acting at Swarthmore College and the City College of New York. Myra Thibault (Maggie Pelletier, Red Herring) presently lives and performs in NYC, but is originally from Narragansett, Rhode Island. She most recently performed in The Barrow Group Theatre Company's Short Stuff V ,and in a new play called Spitting Image with Manhattan Rep, and in Tuesdays in the Park with River Apple at The American Globe Theatre's annual short play festival. Other theatre credits include June in Fifth of July (45th Street Theatre), Salem in La Turista (MCTC), and Helen in Raw (Cedar Lake Ensemble). She has appeared in the soap opera "All My Children", and in the upcoming feature film "The Sound". Myra is a graduate of The North Carolina School of the Arts.
Lauren Tracy (Stage Manager, A Grand Night for Singing, The Unexpected Guest, Private Lives)is happy to be returning to Bristol Valley Theater. Last season she stage managed Rough Crossing and The Mousetrap. Since then she has graduated from Syracuse University and her favorite credits with the SU Drama Department include The Children’s Tour: 1000 Cranes, Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, and most recently, And The World Goes ‘Round. She has also stage managed Our Town and The Bald Soprano with the Black Box Players and Love Song for The Redhouse. She would like to thank her friends, parents, and Patrick for all of their love and support.
Meredith R. Van Scoy (Meredith, A Grand Night For Singing; Lynn McCarthy, Red Herring) is ecstatic to be back in Naples after a hiatus of six years! She was last seen as Willy in The Passion of Dracula and singing “Day By Day“ in Godspell. A graduate of Binghamton University, Meredith holds an MA in Theatre and is currently employed as a stitcher in the costume shop at Adelphi University. She also works as a choreographer and most recently choreographed productions of Wiley and The Hairy Manat Cortland Repertory Theatre and A Year With Frog and Toadat The Cider Mill Playhouse. Katherine Row Walters (Master Electrician) is a junior Design Tech major at Syracuse University with a concentration in Electrics. She enjoys fly fishing, archery, and reading. She would like to thank her family for putting up with her through long days and even longer nights, Max and Lauren for kicking her to apply, and her girlfriend.

Sarah Ellen Wood (Sarah, A Grand Night For Singing; The Mistress/Ensemble, Evita) is ecstatic to be back at Bristol Valley Theatre for a second season. Being a graduate of Canandaigua Academy in 2006, she has studied at Fingerlakes Community College, SUNY Geneseo, and now its off to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in the fall of 2009. Joan York (Box Office)is thrilled to be back in the Box Office for her second season and to be back with the BVT family. During the school year Joan teaches 7-12 Vocal Music and is the Drama Director at Wayland-Cohocton School. Patrick Young (Music Director, A Grand Night For Singing) is excited to be returning to Bristol Valley Theater for his 4th season, where he has played for Musical of Musicals, All Night Strut, and I Left my Heart. He has also recently worked on productions of Preface, Unsung, and In Trousers at Penn State University, and has played in New York City at the York Theater. Maxillian B. Zorn (Technical Director) This is summer #5 for Max here in Naples, NY. Since last summer Max has kept busy working for another regional theater near Albany, NY for a short time and then moving back home to reconnect with the theater community in Syracuse, NY. He is excited to be here and to work with such a talented and hardworking group of artists, technicians and friends.
