Storytelling Series returns for third season

Posted by on Dec 6, 2016 in BVT News | 0 comments

Bristol Valley Theater will continue to present their live storytelling series this winter, with the first installment January 6 at 7 p.m.

The series, inspired by The Moth Radio Hour and podcast series, is curated and moderated by Sarah Larysz. It features your friends and neighbors telling true stories from their personal experiences, centered around a theme, which changes with each installment.  The local series has grown in popularity since it’s debut in 2015.  Past speakers have included Larysz, David Shane, Alex Leto, Stacey Jackson, Joan Luther, Jodi Simons Caruso, and Jack Jones.

Speakers for the January 6  installment have yet to be determined. The topic is “We All Have to Live Here: Stories of Getting Along.”

Admission is $7. Tickets are available at the door only. Wine is available. (the more wine, the more interesting the stories get!)
